CAN’T QUITE SIGHT IN YOUR TARGET? Shift. I’ve seen where the subtle repositioning of the rifle allows the sights to align…on the target.
Leading is often changing. Adjust. Look at circumstances and see things differently. Too many so-called leaders have good intentions without clear targets. “Followers” move generally in okay directions, and although they are not lost, they’ll likely miss the bull’s eye. Oh, they might score, but until the leader sights in the specific target, they won’t score big. Shift a little; find the alignment.
