Leaders, let your word be ramrod straight. Let it be the truth. Anything less than the truth is not straight. Crooked words and crooked ways catch up. Deviant truth is not truth, and your followers, customers, peers, superiors (everyone) will figure you out. Be ramrod straight with others—all others, all the time.
