I’VE BEEN TRAINED, as a rifle, on a troublesome fox. Thus, I was sighted in and ready to fire. Twas nothing because my marksman was trained. Aaah, you got it: He was trained in how to handle a firearm and how to approach challenging situations.
Leadership training. Who needs it? No one, if leaders are truly made—they just naturally are. But even natural leaders perform better when they exercise proven practices.
