WHO’S TIRED OF CHANGE? If you are, you’re going to be tired for a long time. I was. Yep, I was a single-shot. Pump-action rifles got popular and then came repeaters and semi-automatics. It was hard keeping up with the times.
In spite of all its challenges, change is the wave of the future. With it comes opportunity, and good leaders implement change. Even in tackling old problems differently leaders guide change. Getting a vision for a changed approach or outcome is part of leadership. Championing the change process is part of leadership. And getting everyone on board—employees, suppliers, customers—is a leadership skill. If you want to be a leader, embrace change. Doing so is integral to what you want to be.
