DID YOU HIT YOUR LIMIT? Such is the query by other hunters? It seems to have two points: success and restrictions. I guess restrictions are good because they keep some hunters from destroying opportunities for others. But I will say that there are times when it sure would be fun to be unlimited.
In leadership we are unlimited! The opportunities are endless. Well, except for when we limit ourselves. Then, we focus on what we can’t do versus what we can. Focusing on what we can means finding areas that fit our talents; it means pushing ourselves to be better than we were before; it means leveraging those around us through development, delegation, and effective decision making. It also means that we recognize that others can and should also succeed. That’s having an abundance mindset, not a scarcity mindset. The former frees us; the latter constrains us.
