FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION. You have heard that. Well, I never planned to fail. But sometimes I did—along with Rudy that is. We had game get away. “Better luck next time,” some would say. Not us. We said, “how can we do this differently, and better, next time.”
Leaders, do everything you can to not fail. But if you do, do everything you can to not fail again. There will come a time when you have to acknowledge failed policies/approaches/systems/etc. and force a change. Learn and be agile. Not fickle; just wise.
