Alright, you leaders, the game is up. The fact is you are measured by results. Effort is hardly material. No, the measure of your success is the team’s results. If the team fails, you fail. You are the leader. You provide the vision, you determine the team composition, you guide collaboration, culture, processes, customer acquisition, standards of performance, and more.
