BIG HAT; NO CATTLE. Hmmm. Heard that somewhere. Sure is true: Many talk a good line, but in reality, it’s all show and no go.
It seems some leaders aren’t really leading. They are pretending. Sad. Their people suffer as do their organizations. And, in the end, so do they. If you look good because you are, great. If not, you’ll be exposed, in time. All this leadership “advice,” from a mere rifle, is not meant to make you look good. It’s not for technique’s sake or for appearance. It’s for growth and application, genuine growth and application. Think ABC’s: accomplishments, not acting; basics, not blather; character, not camouflage.
