I AM KNOWN for being accurate. Such is the nature of long rifles with good marksmen. Besides, as a single-shot It did not take long for me to realize that if I was to have a great reputation, accuracy would be my thing.
Leaders should be known for something. Frankly, getting exceptional at a few things is better than get getting good at many things. To make the point, let’s go with an example: strategy. A leader who is exceptional at strategizing, stands outs. People follow. They know that as long as the leader is not failing at some other aspect of leadership, they will enjoy success. What are you known for? Take a strength that you already have, build it to an exceptional level. Develop a reputation.
