–Below is a leadership bullet from Tom’s rifle named Shot–
THIS SOUNDS BACKWARDS. I know, but sometimes I have heard innocent voices sound warnings and suggestions that have saved the hunt. I have noticed that little people can lead, even around big ones.
How many people are under you? Might be zero. But you have someone—even, if its customers, suppliers, or oversight agencies—above you. Those above you sometimes lack necessary perspective. If you have some, give it. Oh, your ideas may not be adopted, but then again, they might. You may have meritorious ideas on the subject at hand, or you may have something valuable to aid a process (e.g., collaboration). When you “offer” (not ridicule, boast, or manipulate), you’re leading.
