–Below is a leadership bullet from Tom’s rifle named Shot–
IN BONDAGE or set free? I would choose the former, of course. Who wouldn’t? I have seen a fox caught in trap. Oh, she wanted to be set free. But my marksman, Rudy, could not help the vixen because she tried to bite him. I suppose she failed to trust Rudy. Who would trust something from another dimension? If only she could have realized that Rudy was a good person and that he had the ability to free her, she might have trusted him. He probably should have been a fox himself.
Trust. Here we go again. It’s a powerful thing when you have it. Unfortunately, you, as the leader, can’t pronounce trust and “bingo,” it happens. No, others see you as though you are from another dimension, and they only should trust you if you are worthy of their trust. They should notice your character and capability. That may require proof. You can shorten the time to be trusted the sooner you establish those two things. Then, you can set others free.
