According to research done at Zenger Folkman, high adaptability correlates with high leadership performance. When three of the following six behaviors are profound strengths, adaptability is typically high. Here they are: Inspiring and motivating, showing that one values diversity, positively relating to others, being coachable, being trusted, and leading collaborative cultures. Things will continue to change. Adaptable leaders wanted.
