Let’s see. Leaders face decisions daily. Mostly they want action—action that will advance their cause, fulfill their objectives, meet their vision. But forced action is not leadership. Leadership requires followers—people who willing follow. Can you as leader, make a play—in other words, are your followers ready to take on more or different challenges? And can they likely overcome the challenges? If so, play on. If not, hold off.
