WHAT AN HONOR! Oh, to be the Grand Champion. With Rudy I won a lot of shooting contests, but I don’t recall ever being the Grand Champion. I think I’d remember that.
Good leaders are grand champions…of change. Yes, good leaders look for ways to make things better, and they lead the efforts to make change happen. They confront the status quo. They see new trends and figure out ways to apply them to their situations. Think about it: All industries have changed; those that have thrived have had leaders who envisioned a new future and championed changes to beat the challenges.
