YOU SAY WHAT? The small stuff is small, why worry about that? Well, the devil is in the details. How we rifles know! Preparation, cleaning, and planning, to name some small things, don’t measure up to the big hunt nor bagging game, but they are important, very important.
Leaders know that small, faithful actions keep the organization working. They allow the big things to happen. For sure, have big visions, plans, actions, events, whatever, but don’t forget to attend to the things that enable them. Small things are like compound interest. They are good investments. The small stuff is really not small at all. It’s what your organization is.
