–Below is a leadership bullet from Tom’s rifle named Shot–
WORD OF THE DAY: Confrere. Rudy was usually my marksman. He was also my confrere—colleague, comrade. Well, I like to think so because we worked together and were successful together.
At times leaders should be confreres. In other words, they should be ready to work with their followers. Then they partner up. In rank leaders are higher and have their own responsibilities, but in getting work done leaders may need to “get their hands dirty.” Join in. Be comrades, confreres. There are benefits, for example, setting examples, training, team building, collaboration, and learning (especially for leaders).
