HEAR SOMETHING? Neither do I, but I wish I did. To be still on a hunt, is stressful. If only one could hear game approaching. But no, only silence.
Leaders, you hate complaining. What about silence? No one says anything. It’s deafening; it’s dysfunctional. Without speaking out, little can change…even for the good. You want an environment where ideas flow, where they are debated, where positive change occurs. Of course, some rhetoric is caustic, but no interplay of ideas is ruinous. Seek active collaboration and accept that some communication will be superfluous.
