OR, WIGGED OUT! What’s that mean? Flipped your lid. Blew your cool. Those with weapons should not wig out (go crazy).
Leaders need to retain their composure. They should act like they have it together. Lead. Sad, but true, those who look like they know what they are talking about but don’t, have more credibility than those who do know but don’t look it. In other words, composure trumps competence. That is the case most of the time for most people. One more thing, building on Shot’s comment, leadership is a weapon. Hang in there.
