Shot 369: MY STYLE

–Below is a leadership bullet from Tom’s rifle named Shot–

STYLN’N.  Every hunter I knew had his or her own way of going about things.  Each had a style.  Seems all worked but not always.
Perhaps you have heard of Dan Goleman.  (Think emotional intelligence.)  He claimed there were six leadership styles and each style could be used effectively at times.  See what you think.  They are: visionary/authoritarian (mobilize for a mission); coaching (build skills and confidence); affiliative (go for harmony); democratic (build consensus); pacesetting (set high standards and examples); and coercive/commanding (comply).  Indeed, all are effective at times, but none are effective all the time.
