THINGS HOLD TOGETHER. That’s integrity. Well, maybe. As a rifle used in extreme circumstances, I held together. But I didn’t have the same integrity as my best marksman, Rudy. His actions were consistent with his beliefs. Now, that’s Integrity!
When we look at the previous paragraph, we know that as leaders we should have true integrity. To have actions consistently aligned with beliefs is challenging, but it’s possible—even expected. It is especially expected by followers…. or, would be followers. Who willingly follows a person lacking integrity? Yes, leaders, lead yourselves. Then you may lead others.
