Leaders mine gold, authentically and with integrity. They are true to themselves and act ethically. They are also courageous, admitting errors and speaking the truth. And, consistent with the gold theme, they apply the golden rule in that they treat others as they want to be treated. Indeed, good leaders are miners of gold, not gold diggers.
