EVERYONE WORKS. During harvest there is work for every person. No hunting for us farm rifles. Every day counts. The crop is ripe, and the time is short before it rots…or is otherwise destroyed from hail, wind, rain, fire, who knows. And there is joy in knowing that all the work leading to the harvest paid off.
Leaders, there comes a time to harvest. The preparation time is over, important as it is. The essential nurturing time is finished. All focus is on optimizing the harvest—getting the most from previous investments. Everyone takes pleasure in the reaping process. Everyone benefits. Everyone celebrates.
