Shot 361: WORK

Shot 361: WORK

Shot 361: WORK

–Below is a leadership bullet from Tom’s rifle named Shot–

I HATE THAT WORD.  We farm rifles hate work.  But work does have benefits.  Meaning is one—work gives a sense of worth.  Pay is another—who couldn’t use a little more money?  Here’s a little something from White Fence Farm: “No matter what ails you… work.  Work faithfully…. work with faith.  Work is the greatest remedy available.  Work will cure both mental and physical afflictions.”  I admit I like the benefits of work, so maybe I like work after all (just not the word).
Hey, leaders, think of work like this:  Fruit comes from work.  If you want the benefits, you need to put in the work, and it may be hard.  Leaders who sit around and boss others, rarely are successful.  Most leaders work hard.  They lead and others follow accordingly.  It’s called leadership, not “pushership.”  Find your way to contribute, and work it, diligently.
