–Below is a leadership bullet from Tom’s rifle named Shot
LOUD, RAPID-FIRE RIFLES. We single shots, hate them. Why fire perpetually? Why not shoot once but accurately? There is something to be said for quiet, reliable performance.
Leaders, while extroverts command attention and have their advantages, do not forget the introverts. Careful, the non-flashy ones may be carrying a lot of weight. They are known for listening, thinking, and working independently. They may be quiet—quietly effective, and they could be holding your culture together—good for everyone, especially you. For sure, they—those oft-forgotten introverts—are likely extremely valuable to your organization.
