WHAT’S A WORLDVIEW? My world as a rifle was small. My view was smaller. Who cares?
Leaders, your worldview matters, even though you may not consider it. Let’s go with a Christian worldview to get you thinking. All are created, meaning they have inalienable rights—rights that stem from their creator. Now, if created, shouldn’t people be treated with respect, as though they have dignity? Are people accidents? According to the Christian worldview, they were created in the creator’s image. No accident there. Leadership that flows from a Christian worldview has significant and valuable principles. Actually, leadership that flows from any worldview has significant and valuable principles. But they differ.
