Shot 378: ANTAGONIST

–Below is a leadership bullet from Tom’s rifle named Shot–

THE ENEMY.  We firearms know about antagonists.  They oppose.   They are hostile.  They are the adversary.  They interfere.  They inhibit.  They tear apart.  Ugh!      Leaders, should not come across as the ones who oppose or inhibit.  Contrarily, leaders should be known for synergy— encouragement, support, augmentation, expediting, facilitation, breaking barriers, and collaboration.  Let’s define synergy formally:  the interaction or cooperation of two or more entities to produce a combined effect that is greater than the sum of their separate parts.   Sounds like the opposite of antagonism.  Synergy is a goal for leaders.
